We understand that the circumstances surrounding an estate clearance can be difficult, but our team will offer a sensitive and supportive service to assist you through the process. Our partner removal firm and storage facilities enable us to clear properties swiftly and easily. We manage the clearance and sale of partial or entire contents taking the stress away from you. Whether you’re downsizing to a smaller home or need assistance to clear a relative’s property, we’re here to help.
Contact us for an informal chat or we can offer a free home visit to advise on what is saleable and what is not. We can also offer full written probate valuations if this is required.
Process
A Valuer will come to the house to asses the contents and to discuss your individual needs. Once this has been agreed our recommended team of carriers can come on a day that suits you to professionally pack the items coming in for auction and also arrange the disposal of any items that are not suitable for sale.
We have helped hundreds of clients over the years and thanks to decades of experience and expertise, our staff can guide you through what may seem a formidable task.
