Greenock', of rectangular form and mounted on wooden panel, 33cm x 50cm Note: The plaque is from yard 589, where Scott's Shipbuilding and Engineering built the Diesel Naval Submarine, Trooper, in 1942. The firm was founded in 1711 and closed in 1993. The headquarters were in Greenock, Scotland and they built over 1250 ships on the Clyde.
