blown glass decorated with rose and leaf murrines and polychrome threads, with 'AMF 1914' cane, 13.5cm high

Note: Marked with an 'AMF 1914' murrine, this piece belongs to a limited series of vases created by the Barovier company specifically for the Mostra dei Fiori, held beneath the arches of the Doge's Palace in Venice during the spring of 1914.
Similar examples have previously sold at Sothebys - 06 June 2016, Important Design, Lot #115, as well as at Bonhams - 07 October 2021, Important Italian Glass, Lot #98.
